Construction Equipment Group AS acquires Ankerløkken Equipment AS
Construction Equipment Group AS (CEG) has entered into an agreement to acquire Ankerløkken Equipment AS, further strengthening its position as one of Norway’s leading full-service providers of tools and equipment for the construction industry.
Ankerløkken is a well-established company with roots dating back to 1927. Over nearly a century, the company has built strong relationships and a well-recognized brand in the market, known in particular for its exclusive distribution of high-quality products such as Furukawa hydraulic breakers. As part of CEG, Ankerløkken will continue its operations with its current organization and will maintain the Ankerløkken brand—working closely with its existing dealers and partners.

With Ankerløkken joining the group, CEG gains a valuable addition to its existing portfolio of brands: Gjerstad, Foss-Eik, Vera Tank, and EMA. The acquisition is part of a long-term strategy to strengthen CEG’s role as a comprehensive supplier to the construction industry, offering customers an even broader and more competitive product range.
